How We Do It

No fluff. No slide decks. Just wild ideas, tailored checklists and inventory trackers, sharp strategy, and results that last.

Anyone can give advice. We show up, roll up sleeves, and make it happen. Below are just a few of the ways we’ve helped venues go from stuck to standout — with some flair, some fun, and a few bottles of rum.

  • Case Study 01: Bar Stock

How to open a bar with no ad budget — and a sold-out festival vibe.

When a new cocktail pub in Amsterdam needed a launch that didn’t break the bank, we gave them something money couldn’t buy: the trust of the industry.

We curated a two-day “Coachella for Bartenders,” with a stacked lineup of guest shifts from the best bars in town — and some who flew in just for the party. Major spirits brands like Nikka, Whistle Pig, and Hendrick’s backed the event, and the Dutch launch of Black Tot Rum made waves.

The Result: No paid promo. Packed house. Instant regulars.
This venue didn’t just open — it arrived.

  • Case Study 02: Love on Wheels

How to turn a cancelled wedding into a cocktail fairytale.

When COVID shut down a couple’s wedding plans, their friends — and their favorite neighborhood cocktail pub — called us.

We built a mobile cocktail bar on a vintage bike, crafted a custom drinks menu, styled it with florals, and rolled up outside city hall just as the couple signed their marriage papers. No dry eyes. No missed moment.

The Result: One unforgettable surprise, and a brand forever embedded in the happiest day of their lives.

  • Case Study 03: The Bar That Beat COVID

How a bar became a brand, then a business that sold.

Locked down and facing closure, this bar came to us for a lifeline. We gave them two.

    1. A Christmas Market stall selling cocktail kits and at-home whisky tastings.

    2. A weekly livestreamed happy hour where regulars played game-show-style competitions, led by the founders.

What started as survival turned into something bigger. The livestream series grew a fiercely loyal fanbase that packed the bar when it reopened — and it spun off into a corporate training & events arm that was eventually acquired.

The Result: Real revenue. A sold business. And two regulars who went on virtual Happy Hour game show dates got married — officiated by our founder.

  • Case Study 04: From Chaos to Cash Flow

How a smarter layout and tighter ops turned this bar into a moneymaker.

This mid-sized venue had good bones — but bad flow. Slow bar lines, staff constantly in each other’s way, a bloated menu, and an atmosphere that felt more confused than cool. The numbers showed it: strong foot traffic, but weak revenue.

    We got to work.

Redesigned the bar layout for better speed and service

Trimmed and restructured the cocktail program for margin and momentum

Installed service systems and trained the team on efficiency strategies

The Result: Faster throughput. Higher average ticket. A 25% jump in weekly revenue — without adding a single seat.
The same space. Just finally working like a business.
